surface+below surface improvements

I was just playing with a mod (I can't remember which) that improved the water textures+underwater+air (such as adding animals below the water, etc)

Does anyone know which mod that is?

Wanna say... that sounds like vickers sea life mod... I believe.. maybe...


Not entirely sure on the water... maybe SH5 water for SH3... perhaps... on that part.
