There are several links, but Bill has been really great about loading almost everything needed for DW or SC. In my humble opinion it is the most complete site around, this is in no way negative to other sites. I visit subsim on a regular basis because there are always points, discussions or ideas to be viewed and there is a tremendous amount of knowledge to be gleaned from this site.
One thing, all of the people on this site are willing to help if you need it. I have, over the years, had many problems solved from this and other sites. I actually have been a member of this site since the early 90s, computer problems caused me to re-register.
So if you need help just ask some one will response.

Thanks Ron, you and Pisces are great. I did go to the site mentioned and did in fact download the updates. Now I'll have a complete simulator to play while I'm at sea. See you guys in about a month. Thanks
