Default Iranian Ship accidently hits one of it's own vessels in training Maneuvers

Iran Hit and sunk one of it's own vessels during exercises. The vessel was struck after towing a moving practice target to it's destination and then not creating enough separation between itself and the target.

An Iranian missile fired during a live-fire training exercise in the Gulf of Oman struck a support vessel near its target, killing at least 19 sailors and injuring 15 others, Iran's army said Monday

Quote: The friendly fire incident involving the Konarak vessel occurred on Sunday afternoon near Bandar-e Jask, off the southern coast of the Islamic republic, it said on its website.One report said the vessel had sunk after being hit by a missile fired by another Iranian warship.
