I'm fighting a mentally battle with myself.

Difficult to form an idea from this ^.

Depressive state of mind? Neural injury? Trauma? Desease? Social circumstances? Spiritual crisis? Meaning of life?

My intention was not asking my friends to go into detail on what they are suffering from whether it's physically or mentally I only know that some of us are fighting this silent battle.

I can tell that I'm suffering from severe Asperger's, moderate Autism and moderate OCD. Yes I get pills for this.

Rest of you don't have to go into detail.

I do.
What I don't like is unplanned situations. I need to have structure on my daily doings. If something has to be done I need to plan this at least 14 days ahead.

I am not diagnosed with OCD but I'm one that NEEDS to plan ahead!
I plan shaving my face for a meeting and make sure I have the cloths I want to wear to that meeting days in advance!

I go nuts when I get hit with last minute details!
Usually? That is my strong point. I can adapt in that instance.
But it pisses me off to no end!

Formally diagnosed OCD is a bit of a heavier thing, Jeff.

So can be the demand for structure and order and predictability and established familiar patterns commanded by Asperger, Autism. It needs a lot of time and good people around to learn to adapt with that to the chaotic world around without every needed interaction with it leading to explosions.

Just pointing that out.

I have Aphantasia which hasn’t in anyway affected my life whatsoever, so I don’t struggle with it. If I work on it I can at times ‘visualize’ to some degree. I never realized that when people say they count sheep to get sleep they are actually visualizing and counting sheep. I don’t see anything..

Though when I’ve partaken in some tasty lil’shroomies I see all sorts of kewl imagery on a conscious level.
