Default Head count!! Who is still playing SH2?

I was wondering in another topic about some stuff I did for SH2 and never released due to the massive amount of players moving to SH3 and abandoning SH2. But if there are still some guys playing SH2 and interested in a random campaign based on Rossbach's generator, I will consider uploading the pack to Rapidshare. It consists of a random campaign generator which creates a random campaign in the Arctic 1944, with random convoys, radio traffic, etc. plus a modified Type 7C model by sergbuto (No deck gun, improved wake). It also features wolfpack attacks when engaging a convoy and solves the saved game bug of Destroyer's lack of agression. DDs also patrol around teh convoy instead of occupying fixed positions.

Post your wishes!

Any chances of this being carried over to a PA 1.2 release?

You did say: "Post your wishes!"

Hitman,

Play both SH2 & SH3. Would be very interested in your release, helps keep SH2 fresh.

Good Hunting,

Sorry to say, but I no longer play SHII. And no, I don't have SHIII either.

Due to some problems of personal nature I had to discontinue my SH2 patrols. Das Boot is rusting in Bergen... Yet my PC is ready for SH2/DC and as soon I have my problems sorted out we will certainly cast off the lines and off we go!
I would like to have your campaign. I am sure it is another peace of art. Not sure about SH3. Reading the posts something very funny is going on. D-day without armada of Allied ships but with a bunch of Type XXI... I do not like unrealistic scenarios. I am sure your stuff, Hitman, is as bloody realistic as it could possibly be given constraints of SH2/DC. Thank you, Hitman.

P.S. you say Arctic. Would be there Soviet Navy? Class 7/7u DDs, subs, planes?

I found this thread after I made the DL of your Arctic 1944 campaign.

Grate stuff, and... of course I've voted yes: Even without your campaign I still play also SH2, not only SH3.

I have to say something about Silent Hunter 2. Pa team made it where you can play from the American side & I download The Italian Mod which is excellent just like Pacific Aces is. I also remember some were working on a England version too but never finshed it & I would of loved to see A Japanese version too. All this is posible with Silent Hunter 2 & I wonder if it is with Silent Hunter 3?
YES I still play Silent Hunter 2

I haven't figured out how to get Pacific Aces to run in 1024x768 yet, but when I do I'll get into it big time. I'd like to see more stuff for PA and especially I'd like to command Japanese subs. I'd like to command all the major Japanese sensuikan.

You can command the B2 or L4 units - they're the only playable Japanese subs in SH2. You could maybe try modding the others to make them playable.

If you get Kriegstanz, there's a mission in there which gives you a B2 or an L4 at random. Your task is to find and sink US subs in Tokyo Bay.

My single-play time is devoted entirely to SHIII. I have SHII and DC on my new computer, but due to not being able to get online at all I can't multi-play.
