Something annoying and at the worst time!

When you have a destroyer on top of you, and depth charges explode around you, everyone yells at you for serious damage but doesn't move their hands. You yourself have to go to crew management, and move the "dolls" one by one from the bedroom to "damage control", and you have officers to delegate functions to! Apparently from what I've read, they haven't been able to figure that out yet. I also have to move "dolls" from the bedroom to the torpedo rooms, when I surface to have the external torpedo reserves reload. They are already big people so you have to lead them by the hand to do their work! Hahaha!
