Import Mods Request

I am creating a new mega mod to support the standard version of SH5.
I would like to add some SUBSIM community modifications to my mega mod.
Many members of the community are not active for a long time
and I can't ask them for permission to use their work.
For adding I am interested in modifications:

1.FX Update for SH5 by TheDarkWraith
2. Intelligent Random AI (IRAI) for SH5 by TheDarkWraith
3. NewUIs with TDC for SH5 by TheDarkWraith
4. Athlonic's TSAF Mod : Torpedo_Speed_Abilitie_Fix_for_TDC_SH5_v1.2.0

If I am allowed to add these modifications - I will give the authors credits with the full Readme.
