Hi guys just introducing myself.

Currently trying to get SH3 to run again, and also playing Dangerous Waters.
Great forums here and looking forward to getting some good advice when I need it.

I just got my very first digital camera, and to go with my new place I decided to start over, so here we go.



And of course I haven't been able to get to my storage yet (nothing there except 60 boxes of books anyway), so of course the only thing I have set up after a week is...

I think you've hit on it, Jim. That whole thing about being offline whilst moving was just a clever ruse to avoid telling us about what really happened... the old "snip snip." No doubt the sudden onset of baldness is a side effect of the hormone injections.

I thought it was the other way around. There are injections that will make your hair grow, but the side-effects can be "interesting".

On the other hand if you're talking about injections that fix certain problems but cause hair loss, well, hair is highly overrated.

Reminds me of a joke I heard Redd Foxx tell once (don't worry I'll clean it up a little):

A lady was having some medical problems, so she went to see her doctor. The doctor listened as she detailed all her symptoms, then started writing out a prescription.

"I know exactly what to do," he told her. "I know it sounds crazy, but all of us have both male and female hormones in our bodies to regulate certain things. What's happening here is that your body isn't producing enough male hormones and everything's out of balance. Now you just fill this prescription and start taking these hormone pills and I'm sure you'll be right as rain in no time. Call me in a couple of weeks and let me know how you're doing."

The lady thanked him, took the prescription, and left the office. A couple of weeks later she called as instructed.

"Well," the doctor asked, "how are things going? Feeling better, I hope."

"Yes, doctor, I'm feeling better in general," the lady replied. "But I don't think this treatment is going to work for me. I just don't like the side effects at all."

"Side effects? What kind of side effects?" the doctor asked.

"Well, I've started growing hair on my chest and all over my belly," the patient answered.

"That's very unusual," the doctor said. "Hair on your chest? And your belly too? Are you sure?"

"Oh yes, doctor. It goes all the way down to my penis."

Not really sure what is worse, the problem or the hair loss?

But the treatment was correct, the doctor fixed all femine problems in her by turning her into a man

Now she will have to deal with masculine ones, and I'm still in doubt about which are worser

well, hair is highly overrated.
