As he is not replying to any of this, he is digging his own grave. If someone would release his own made mod and then someone would accuse him of stealing, I bet the modder would fight back, not just keep quiet as Donots is doing.

To be honest, if I were in Donot's position I'd be doing the same thing, and just accept that its over. There's really nothing he can say to justify what he did... other than apologise maybe.

I don't believe he ever replied to the claims that his crew cap mod, Storch plane, and biber sub mod were stolen (at least in public)--He just kept churning out new mods:hmm: . I was wondering how he came out with something new almost every other day

This is as petty as you can get---donots--Is the thanks and compliments for a new "gee whiz" mod on a forum from a bunch of guys you really don't know personally worth your integrity??

I have just seen the Subsim threads regarding the latest concerns of Donots76 stealing. In this instance it appears that the issue is beyond doubt and as such I could not have him as part of the NYGM Team.

I can understand & sympathise with how disheartning this type of situation can be for a moder and/or mod team. I wish to extend my support and best wishes to the GW team and know that they will overcome this hurdle and deliver a knock out package in GWX.

I can only speak for the NYGM Team when I say none of the GWX work has been shared with me. That is, donots76 has not supplied or offered to supply GWX files. Nor has he spoken of, described or referred to GWX features.

Well DTB, im sure the GW will appreciate your support. Maybe someday we'll all be able to bury the hatchet. Although im no longer on the GW team, i feel that your cooperation in this matter,is a step in that direction. Im sure im not the only one who's tired of all the backbiting cloak and dagger sublte dig shennanigans past or present.

BTW, you know im still upset about that 3rd flotilla mod in your documents directory. I dont mind you using it, its flatering honestly, but at least say whos work you based it off of. Oh well, old news, i just thought id poke ya in the ribs a little for fun.

Kpt. Lehmann, Donots did not ask (though I haven't actually seen his mod) for my permission to use any of my mods, had He, I would have given permission without hesitation. Really the credit for the 'Das Boot' Screens belong to the creators of 'Das Boot', The picture & the title, (I didn't ask for their permission to use their pictures & hope the don't mind.
