Got GR too. Tho, have to say, the years haven't been very kind to it.

It's old, ancient almost. Still solid game underneath though. Wonder if you can play through the campaign coop, sort of 'story' mode can be more interesting than random maps.

Talking about random maps: that Terrorist Hunt in Vegas 1&2 is absolutely merciless.

Latest recording, unless le ferret recorded the level after this where we had Hunter tagging along. Latest uploaded, anyway: http://www.youtube.com/user/Dowly#p/a/u/1/jWXNt-gSxhQ

Having 3 or 4 players instead of just 2 really increases the odds of success rather drastically. Always try to keep us from getting shot in the back, but sometimes enemies just come from too many directions to effectively cover with 2 guys.

Especially true for the terrorist hunts. Quite easy to get overwhelmed.

How could we shorten STAB to 3 letters btw? STB?

With Subsim Seamen Samples, we wouldn't be having that problem.

Installed and played original GR last night, with some kit mods, t'was fun but the graphics are quite laughable with big trees with paper-thin spread of branches from most angles . A lot of jaggies too, despite varying AA

Was fun though

Well, the Ghost Recon game's graphics actually never bothered me...but yeah if you compared it to nowadays games it does raise an eyebrow a bit...but the gameplay makes up for that a lot it's quite solid.

especially the missions at night had a great athmosphere if you ask me...a mission could take me hours before I completed it as I took my time moving around and taking out enemies.

Aye spend forever inching through foliage and dashing over open ground, after meticulously positioning my team to provide cover. Very solid, wish they did a proper sequel.

Anyone up for some Raven Shield later tonight?

The fully patched stock game is fine by me, but I higly recommend the Raven Shield 2.0 mod.

Right, just got Vegas (The first one). I'm not sure if I can install it in time, but if I can then I'll join.
