I have an Nvidia 8800GTX. I run it at 1680 x 1050 resolution. 8x on AA seems to work fine, anymore than that and it's pretty much overkill. I have an overclocked dual core processor that keeps everything running smoothly.

Thanks mate, that is the best vid of SHIV i've ever seen. You're cut sequences are really well thought out, great camera positioning and also good sound mixing.
