TOON play their game in hand at home against Man City tonight and after being called into work last night, tonight is one scheduled night off I firmly will have of. Just hope the result makes it an enjoyable night off but I fear the opposite will be the case.

Final score 1-1. The Man City goal was actually offside but the linesman didn't raise his flag so it was allowed. Anita scored a brilliant equaliser and the TOON were unlucky not to score a winning second goal when Wijnaldum was one on one against Hart.

Most satisfying was the sight of a team actually playing to win unlike recent months.

Daughter has purchased tickets as part of her boyfriends birthday present for the TOON v Crystal Palace game today.

I hope they won't be disappointed.

Leicester City win the title! Incredible!! Having accepted some time ago that Arsenal could not pull of the comeback I was hoping Leicester would do it and deny Sp*rs the title.

So overall the result has me feeling like

The story about Leicester give me as a little TOON fan a little hope

Last year Leicester was fighting for survival in Premier league-ending number 14 and now they have won the English title

Hopefully Newcastle will end as number 14 or higher and win the title next year.

It sure does and the main problem this season has been the failure of the TOON to score goals.

Relegation is well deserved when taking the overall performances this season into account.
