Just returned from the lake. And I discovered something while on sea trials,
1. it was going very slow
2. I need more weight.
Also we had an accident because the prop hit an underwater rock and the shaft was disconected in the middle of the lake ( we managed to get it out of the water). So I will repost when I have the video ready.

Looks like you need quite a bit more ballast, I used to use lead sheets because you could cover a larger surface area.
