So, have to say it..
Regarding "permission crap". I cannot dissagree with either "side". If someone makes a mod for a game, and someone other feels it would be cool to use several features, which would improve things, it is fair to ask people for permission to use it and credit and voila. And that should be law.. And bbw is right about that. That should be law

But, the big problem and disaster IMO is that sometimes people won't let it. People that don't let someone to use something they made.. For free.. For other people use.. For a computer game.. For something noone will ever pay them.. FOr something 200 people in ubi can do in a day, but as they are working on sh5(:rotfl

and since there is no profit in it they won't.. As if making that mod, a free mod for everyone to download it, is a way to "personal glory" or wtf?? Or money? Or what?

If I am off topic, nevermind this

I am downloading now, I am just interested to see couple of things.. Like that sea and land.. Chop chop

Just one remark from pics.. Since I can see a railway from the sun, that must be thomsens water you included :rotfl:if I am not mistaken.. I remember that discussion about railways :rotfl:

The MEG 3 mod is just astonishing. Each time I destroy a ship, I gasp in amazement at the explosions and desperate attempt of the crew to attract attention ( which they often do).
I played stock for a while til used to the sim, then I went GWX, and finally being a fair kind of guy I tried MEG 3. I have to say, although the onboard chatter is all lost on me (I'm sure there are tweaks, but I'm having too much fun to check) the overall immersion upgrade is fairly staggering.

There has obviously been a lot of work put into this and I won't even pretend I know its component parts, but I can say it is well worth a try and what have you to lose? I love it and congratulate the makers of this fine addition to an already brilliant sim.

Congratulations congratulations and congratulations!! I am very new to the Silent hunter 3. I am about a month looking for small graphics mods, as my computer is very normal. A giga ram and 2ghz. With GWX was very slow and I've discovered MEG2! That's incredible. Congratulations!! Very good job! Still a bit slow in my computer. Could remove anything carpet that makes my work less ram? For example I think about removing the multiplayer carpet because currently I'm not going to play online. I want to conserve the great graphics,sky,sea,inside submarine,periscoop,graphics of the boats and the new sounds,it is very important for me too. Sorry for my english I hoop that is understandable. Felicitaciones again haha!!

Well, MEG was born by mixing a lot of mods ... These mods in MEG blend together, I think it's very difficult to try to eliminate someone ..
I worked 6 months to create it first meg Meg 2.0 and 1.0 after finally MEG3.0
That I think it's impossible to try to modify a singular part because there is the risk to loose some other part .... sorry but this time I do not know how to help you

To install M.E.G. 3 DELUXE FINAL you have to DOWNLOAD it ,then you must extract the Files.zip and copy the DATA file , after that past it into the folder DATA of your clean version SH3+1.4emea. You will be notified that some files will be replaced .
so you must install
first the original version of silent hunter 3
after the patch 1.4b emea
now after download you must extract the Files.zip and copy the DATA file , after that past it into the folder DATA of your clean version SH3+1.4emea. You will be notified that some files will be replaced .only MEG3.0
Do NOT INSTALL the previous version MEG1.0 and 2.0!!

MEG3.0-final includes MEG1.0 and 2.0

MEG 3.0 Expansion was the last work of my team in april 2010, afterwards the team has not done anything more,
and now my team Grupsom is dissolved

It was a big adventure.. silent hunter 3 was my best naval simulator game, it was funny try to make it a little bit more beautiful

I have had a problem with the time compression but now is good.I can't, to walk into submarine.I dont know..I can to move up,down and 360 alone. I have a questions,IF you can,you help me please.

I haven't torpedo screen in action. how can I to see it?

I have read that I need a folders for change the flag. I would like the german flag. Can you help me?

I would like change too the ambience voices of submarine for german voices. I don't finde the folders.
