And may I add that
1. this research was done thoroughly by universities and laboratories for decades, all well documented.
2. mRNA does not alter your genetic code nor does it dock on DNA to replicate or change the latter. Indeed yopu have a lot of free mRNA in your system if you eat e.g. meat, or even plants.
3. Currently there are more than 250 clinical experiments to cure RSV, HIV, Mpox, borreliosis, tuberculosis and lots of others using mRNA. Also cures against cancer and heart diseases are in reach.
Patients can receive instant custom-tailored treatment after an operation.
4. mRNA is much more cheaper than protein products, and have less to none side effects. It is also possible to create multivalent vaccines where mRNA works as a container against different pathogens and viruses.

Finally one direct example for direct future use could be some of your own mRNA stored in a fridge to apply directly on your wounds, to speed up healing.

Well, it seems then you'll have to repeat the last three years of school or so. The well-documented writings are on the wall for everybody to see if only he wants to open the eyes and see them, and they make a fearsome lot of sense.



Anyway, your decision, your consequences. Just dont try to enforce them on me as well. I have learned my lesson - late, but I have.

^ One of my good FB friends, has spinal cord cancer. As a desperate steps he has been eating Ivermectin( I think it was) to fight his cancer-Without any luck so far.

If you have a poisoned arrow in a wound, pull it out. Do not wait for lab analysis what poison it is, and crime investigation having a report on who shot, from where, over what distance and for what reason and motivation. Do it. Pull it out - and THEN you can ask the other academic questions.

BTW, pubmed has over 125,000 entries in studies and articles for Vitamine D dating back into the early 20s of the last century. Nobody can claim that we need so many more studies - that claim is just delaying tactics to protect industry interests. Healthy people are people who do not turn into their customers. The industry does not like healthy useless human ressources it cannot turn into profits. Thats why they even want to ban the selling of vitamin D, like they already tried with Vitamine C in the 80s.

Do n ot rely on combination pills for Vitamin D and K2, the doses of K2 your get this way usually is around 100-200 mcgr of K2 per pill. THAT IS WAY TOO LITTLE. Add a separate K2 pill with 1000 mcgr, and take two or three or four of these. The nice thing with K2 is that we know of no dosage where it turns toxic for the body. Such dosage probably exists somewhere, but we have not yet hit the ceiling - if it exists it must be very, extremely high. In medical context K2 gets used for therapies in dosages in the multiple-grams range!

K2 activates Osteocalcin and GLA protein, and these bring calcium from the blood and from plaque in arteries back into the bone. Magnesium you need as a key to unlock the safe where you stored your precious Vitamin D treasure.

One word of cautioning, though. If you allow K2-activated proteins to break up arterial plaque, you "break up" a solidified structure on the blood vessel's wall, the calcium was coating the greasy, sticky layer of LDL that is at the bottom where the damage in the blood vessel was. The whole structure loses stability and may release tiny fractions of matter that could cause clotting or other damage in other places. If you allow this process, I would absolutely recommend to not just swallow the pills and think thats it, but to change your lifestyle and eating habits that had led to that arterial damage and LDL clotting in the first. The LDL we talk of in this context is small particled LDL, whereas the big, fluffy LDL is no problem, it is too big as if it would stick to these tiny structural fractures in the blood vessel's wall. LDL is not just LDL ! A doctor telling you you have high or low LDL and says not more, tells you nothing of use, you do not know more than before then. Do a thorough LDL analysis - or do not care to start with LDL checks at all. If you eat plenty of animal fats, like I do, you expect raised LDL (big fluffy one that is). No alarm needed. If you eat animal-fatty and have no raised and even extraordinarily low levels of LDL - that is when red lights should start to blink! You want medium to high HDL, medium to high big+fluffy LDL, as low as possible small-density LDL and at best zero oxidised LDL. Plus low triglycerides. All this helps to keep your blood vessels safer regarding micro fractions, and if you also eat and live in a way avoiding high blood pressure and high heart rates, then you must not overly worry about existing calcium plaques, it will not grow, will not get replaced if it breaks up, and will slowly be eaten up, there is a not absolutely overwhelming but fair and realistic chance to very substantially reduce it or even make it disappear completely in your heart muscle (CAC score very low or zero). According doctors' reports you can find on youtube, I saw some of them, they are there.

I mention this in a wider context of Vitamin D, vitamin K2 and Calcium.

Supplementing means to add to something - not to replace something. In your diet, its not about using pills to replace healthy eating. It means you compensate for inbuild, all too often even wanted deficits in your food. Eat healthy. Live healthy. Do supplement. All these three! Modern food in the industrial world all too often is no food, but just "Mundstopfmasse" - a mouth-stuffing mass. You could eat a can of window putty instead and you might not notice much difference, except for a strange bad breath.


Also, windows putty probably does not make you obese and diabetic. But is that already enough to call it healthy? Food industry does this trick in adverts all the time with toxic industrialised foods called "healthy". Food for thought, to place this word game.
