That pipe is not next to the three lower Ampere gauges in the Vesikko ,yes there is the upper pipe but the lower pipe is not there covering the three lower Ampere gauges ,
There is just one pipe closer to the three top ampere gauges , the lower pipe next to the three lower Ampere gauges does not exist ![]() ![]() ![]()

According to this wiki the last surviving Type VII is in Laboe, Germany (about 20km north of Kiel). It is a VIIC/41
