OK rephrase it - whilst running in RSRD.

It wasn't Formosa it was the southern post on Okinawa.

NSM stantds for natural sinking mechannics, it is currently imcompatible with this mod, Run Silent, Run Deep

And also not 1.5-ready, though it seems to work if you're playing with the Americans.

Hi,
I've had a problem with the Photo recon mission (no, NOT what you think)
I was assigned to photograph Yap, Ulithi and someplace else and found the "stealth ship" and took the photo, yet the mission was always "incomplete".
What's wrong there?
I thought I had to end the patrol (bring the photos home) yet the mission remained incomplete, even though I could view the photos.

I think you have to keep taking pictures until the picture Icon goes away (on the control bar, not the objective).

Well, It's broke but I'll be damn if I know "why". I needed a break from OM anyway. Like a good mystery to solve.

@cgjimeneza I currently have NSM installed and don't have any problems running the game

hi lurker great mod thanks for patching so i could go into truk lagoon is patch 1.6 the last patch or are you currently developing a new one for 1.5 and if you are can you make it so i get more lifeguard duty missions i have never seen one in this game and if they are there how do i get one and what years are the best to get assinged them

All the current releases are for Patch 1.5 and there are a number of "down pilot" missions already in the current versions of RSRDC

ok lurker but is there a trick to the downed pilot missions to get them i mean like using the radio to send reports to comsubpac or is it all random or is there a year that i can start off with that gives me a better chance of getting assigned a mission for a downed pilot

They are part of the SpecOps missions that are programed in the main campaign files

But NSM is only compatible (as far as I have seen) with Real Fleet Boat and not with Trigger Maru Overhauled.

If you are running RSRD, arent you usign it with Trigger Maru, then you have a problem if you run Natural Sinking Mechanincs... :hmm:

...I'm totally new here and I didn't really spend enough time in the stock version to make a fair comparison, but my initial reaction to the sinking in RFB/RSRD/PE is "yeah right." Maybe its just a common problem to the game engine but everytime I sink a ship by splitting it into two halves with a nice clean right angle cut, I cringe. Was that true in stock as well? Not tryin' to be critical...just sayin'
