Because you know affidavits have never been considered evidence in just about every court case that has ever been tried.

Not enough to allow any of the lawsuits so far but hey, keep trying.

Are you convince that there has been voter fraud in every or almost every swing state where Biden won ?

That in itself, is telling me Trump has grudgingly accepted defeat, but still keeping all his options open none the less, and why not, it's his to call.

God forbid a US Supreme Court Justice would support constitutionally protected religious freedom right?

I'm certainly no expert on the subject matter but I was thinking along those lines...yet four of them did.

Thats insane. Spreading a pandemic in the name of religious cults?
Sounds almost like biological weapons used for religious war. But they copy a pattern by islamic fundamentalists there, who also claim free social and communal and political rides on the grounds of their religious faith.

Does the Surpreme Court know anything about "freedom FROM religion", and the prohibition of human sacrifices?

If Donald Trump dosen't do anything else on his way out his pardon of Michael Flynn will be enough. It will correct an unbelievable injustice perpetuated by the Obama administration.

Quote:
Mr. Trump announced on Twitter Wednesday that he’d granted Mr. Flynn a full pardon. Liberals and the media are (as per their tedious usual) claiming the president stepped in to aid a corrupt crony. This has it exactly backward. The Flynn pardon was necessary—to correct a corrupt Federal Bureau of Investigation, a rogue special counsel, an unprincipled federal judge, and an embarrassingly complicit media.
https://www.wsj.com/articles/justice...=djemalertNEWS

Quote:
That’s the sad reality of the Flynn mess. In a better world, the Flynn case would have been dismissed with prejudice, an on-the-record censure of appalling FBI and Justice Department behavior. But that’s why the judge refused to do it. It had nothing to do with guilt or innocence—but rather reputation. We remain in the last gasps of Never Trump world, where people of power told themselves it was OK to break rules, norms, standards—even the law—in their quest to take the president down. To dismiss the Flynn case would have been to acknowledge that this behavior was wrong. And that would have been too painful, too embarrassing, too galling for the haters.

I dont think the Supreme court is really concerned about being free from religion. I've only been in this country all my life but my guess is they're concerned about the First Amendment and the freedom OF religion.

Whats the difference between gathering to worship or doing what the E.U. and U.K. did by opening themselves up to tourism only to have their cases and death rate sky rocket to new heights? According to the European Union's own CDC numbers there were 4,484 new deaths in the Union since yesterday bringing the total too 307, 125. I find it amazing the BBC instead has a story about people wanting to gather at a church in the U.S.

Another sign on why Ruth Ginsburg died so suddenly right before the election so that Trump could insert Justice Amy (who certainly made a difference on this vote) for the right of the church to avoid the orders of the state.
