Sorry, I realized I didn't use the format but I haven't even been able to get past the very first steps so most of these are irrelevant
1. Version of the game ? (DVD, Uplay/UConnect download, Steam, other) TWoS version? Steam 2. Confirm that your game is updated to official v1.2.0 version and that the vanilla game works without problems Confirmed 3. If you use any non-TWoS custom mods, remove them, reinstall your game/TWoS completely according to install instruction, start new campaign and make sure that the issue still persist! N/A 4. Confirm that the Generic Patcher is correctly activated and the snapshot is successfully restored (Install instructions, step 2) Upload screenshot of opened Generic Patcher window and it's patches (Silent Hunter 5\TDW_GenericPatcher_v_1_0_168_0/GenericPatcher.exe) Not able to reach this step 5. Provide a screenshot of your main Silent Hunter 5 installation folder and it's content!   6. JSGME screenshot! N/A 7. Make sure to provide as much details as possible when describing situation where problem/bug/CTD can be observed. What should we do in order to reproduce this issue? Installer runs for 3-5 seconds then crashes with no message. A JGME exe appears in the file along with a few mod folders but nothing else. I am running as administrator and SH5, Steam, Uplay, or Ubisoft Connect are not running. Windows defender/ anti virus is switched off. I have retried with fresh game install several times and have followed the instructions to the T with no luck. 8. Upload several screenshots and gamesaves on which problem can be observed. Did you follow this step? I specified them in the links that I gave you yesterday...
  I think not...something else: your PC and configure your config correctly supports the game..?? Now I can't do anything for you anymore...!!! It seems to me that I did the maximum!!! ... What do you want the settings here are not for beginners... so imagine the work of the modders... you have no idea how difficult it is to modify this game...  are you sure you're a "HardCore" player...? If you cannot overcome the simplest difficulties... the rest is not possible...  What do you want, this game is cerebral...it can only do you good...no...
