Almost road kill , just about to use a jumpgate in Boron space when an Orca suddenly came through and nearly ran me down - I had just enough time to max the throttle and pull straight up to dodge it..I was in a Buster , I dont think I would have even scratched its paint if it had hit me

Ugg want to play x3 Terran conflict so bad... like a 7 gig download though so will take like a week of downloading (Only dling while I sleep)

I suppose I can just play x3:reunion since I have that installed but still :P

Right, now onto the question; Where/how I can get the life support system for the destroyer? I found one in the Hatikvah's Faith, but my DD is too big to dock to the pirate base (so I blew it up

).

Can't you buy one in a smaller ship and transfer it? (Can't remember, been so long since I played X3)

Dont think so as they arent wares, but upgrades.

Ah. Well, I think pretty much the only places Destroyers can dock at are full-scale shipyards, so unless you can find one there...

Think I'll reinstall TC, again...

Yeh, well, see that's the problem. Only places that are too small for my DD are selling them.

But you have to get them somehow because you can put marines into DDs AFAIK.

Put a transporter on either ship. Get them within 5km of each other and you can exchange cargo, think that includes upgrades.

I liked it so much better in X2 when you could dock a scout on the M2s, made using it much easier.
