How best to reduce world population

Some think the world population is our most pressing problem. From global warming to capitalist greed if there were less people all ills would evaporate.

My sollution to the population problem, if it is indeed a problem, a position I don't ascribe to is.......ban penicillin and all anti-biotics world wide.

The population would decline quickly. Don't you think?

How best to implement the removal of penicillin from the world population? To be fair back to front method should be used. That is those who have caused the most trouble world wide from 1928 to today should lose the wonder drug first. Following that we can use a calender to see which areas received the blessings of penicillin and remove it.

That should bring the world population within manageable levels.

Imagine the narco police breaking down doors searching for pieces of moldy bread and arresting bio-chem students on suspicion of making antibiotics. It will be madness!!
