Yes, we take it in turns to act as a sort of executive officer for the week, but all of the decisions of that officer have to be ratified at a special bi-weekly meeting.

I always thought of SubSim as a Kingdom.
Neal is the King,
The Moderators are his Knights,
We are the fiefs.

Or something like that.
