Interesting, the other day my IXB started to leak at 215m, I believe it is a product of the SH3 commander.

If you're talking about the 'start campaign' splash screen, (the one with the start button on the bottom right), then you can simply take a blank template and add your own art.
Once done, you'll need to convert and rename the image to startcampain.tga and place it in the 'SH3\data\Menu\Data' folder. Here's a template you can work from: Good luck and be sure to post the results as I'd love to see what you come up with!
