No, I'm not saying it's all rainbows and unicorns. I'm simply pointing out that times have been worse in living memory and people get through it.

How many thousands of these Immigrants or refugees is not real I can't say.
If this means mass deportation of immigrants or refugees because they have no rights to be in the country-Then the Court should stay away.

Real Refugees and immigrants shall have help and shelter.

Mass deportation is mostly not allowed by law what ever a politician wants and courts can not step aside if laws are not obeyed if it is the state or a citizen task of the judge is to resolve conflicts not to look away like in an authoritarian system.
