British post WW2 airplane
Similar role to A-10 which is ground attack

I'll go with Harrier

Aaargh! It could be any one of them, all the wiring and connectors look the same. My money would be on...

Jag and Tornado are ruled out, Betonov has got it with Harrier. I think.

Guessing not the Tornado or Jaguar those are more strike aircraft than CAS. I think Bentov has it.

Well, I think we've covered most of the post-WWII air fleet, but I'm afraid the answer isn't there. Although Betonov made an error in saying airplane...it's not an airplane but it is an aircraft.
It does operate in a Close Air Support role, and has been around for nearly as long as me, it is made in Britain...but not designed here.

That should help you.

Yeah I can get a much larger version. My connection is very shoddy to night so it might take me a few minutes.

All right a bigger version also better angle. I hope it does look as easy as it does to me now...of course I know what it is.

Ta muchly. I usually put my images onto imgur and use their in-house image resizing service to put it up to 300x300 or thereabouts. I think that's the best image size without losing too much detail...although the rivet on the Mk V tank did cause some interesting observations.
