"FAHRZEUG !!!" This Whale-Factory-Ship did definetly not have fish as its cargo: This one "tried" to get away ... ... but the "Cavalry" could do nothing but also pick up its survivors:

17 August 1940: U-100 attacks Convoy OA-204
17 August 1940: OA-204 falls victim to U-100:
The fact, that OA-204 is full of "neutral" US-American ships, can't save them: A big Tanker is torpedoed and sunk: The convoy escorts are searching for us in vain:

U-98 heads out of St. Nazaire
A few days later she finds a convoy in BF17 and nails 3 ships including an Empire Freighter. And a large tanker, escaping without being detected by the escorts who left the survivors to fend for themselves. Later U-98 found a coastal freighter that blew up nicely. U-98 sank 7 ships for 41684 tons on this patrol.

Hi folks,
i've never seen a better atmosphere than the "16-Km-atmosphere" (by Markimov, Kpt.Lehman, Seeadler et al..) Something real - without "Hollywood". Just as it was taken out of the game: What a kind of magic. It's a great game. Just enjoy it (before you get killed by allied hunter groups - and that's real; in game). Greetings rowi58 |

Below the depth charges. I used the tactic from the Movie U-571. I actually went further down than the movie. @260m, rigged for silent running, deployed decoys,Gained some distance, Ship was hurt, but she held at 260m . Surfaced and a stern torpedo eliminated the target.
Should have taken more pics, but wow im deep. Surfacing... wow look at that bow.

Should have posted them as jpegs, then those of us with less-than-average connections could see them.

Sorry I assume most people have broadband in which you can see it perfectly. Plus the .png is better quality.

I do have broadband. Unfortunately it's wireless, and the provider isn't the best. Also, .pngs take up four times the bandwidth, which costs money. Pretty is wonderful when you're not paying for it.
