The group represents 12 cruise lines, including Carnival, Holland America??!! and Disney. They contend the city has used portions of those fees on projects that do not directly benefit cruise ship passengers and therefore violate federal restrictions on entry fee taxes.

Having passed his Masters back in November he is about to join his next vessel in Hawaii next Monday (as far as I'm aware) where he will be shadowing the Captain of that ship.

As an added bonus, the Captain is John Scott from Portsmouth and is a very popualar choice for James as he has served under him as his First Officer on numerous cruises in the past.

James is more than welcome. It's always great when good things happen with our members and their families. Further, It's fantastic when people work hard toward their goals and take the initiative to make those goals a reality. It's not easy to do but if it was, everyone would do that.
