Well theres more to it than money I think.

As you may have noticed there are a few "problems" with many PC titles given the plethora of hardware configurations out there and they simply dont want to deal with it. Boy do "you" hear about it, quite loudly even.

I guess they would rather deal with the kids.

I own and buy console titles as well from a store that still caters to the pc crowd as well. There are two stores here that deal exclusively in "used" console games. Therefore EB can kiss my business goodbye.

I went to BestBuy and I got someone to reserve a copy for me when it comes in. He will give me a call when it does and I will go pick it up.

I wont touch EBgames anymore.

Here's a problem with your ways of complaining.

How many stores do you think you can walk into and either make a verbal complaint that a store does not support PC Games and or cancel a PC Game Order that will actually forward your complaints to their corporate office?

Just guessing here, but I'd say 0%

Now, what do you think their corporate office thinks when over 75% - 80% of their money comes from console game sales.

Again, just guessing here, but I'd say PC Games are not popular and not to invest in them.

Now, if all you Simmers decided to tell their corporate offices about your complaints, do you think they would get a better idea of what they are really losing.

I do think so.

I don't know if they would change there focus but it would open their eyes if they started getting complaints from all over the place.

Just remember, the silent majority really has very little power. It's only when you voice how you feel will you be heard.

If you want the power of the silent majority to work in your favor then speak up. Here's why. Every corporate office know that for ever 1 complaint they receive there are many silent ones. So, if we all spoke up, it would speak volume to them. Also, let them know that you are complaining to the corporate office because it falls on deaf ears at the local stores.

Here's how a verbal complaint from many at a local store can fail.

If 15 people in 1 day walk into say, EB Games and complain that they are upset that EB Games does not support PC Games this is what could happen.

That store would contact their corporate office and file 1 complain on behalf of all those 15. End result, maybe a few more PC titles in just that store. But I doubt 1 complaint would do that unless that store manager actually stated that 15 people made the same complaint. It would still be handled as 1 complaint.

Just some things to think about.
