I'm sure Elon Musk thinks everyone is stupid enough to believe that he isn't in contact with Putrid. Right after his " alleged " conversations, Elon put forth his ideas for the Ukraine to achieve peace. Elon's idea is just a little less than the total capitulation of the Ukraine. Then, Elon's Star link internet setup that the Ukraine is using for communication went down. Elon has admitted he is denying it's use to the Ukraine just when it needs it the most. We believe you, Elon. No matter how much you lie. |

NATO warned Russian Federation about consequences of using nuclear weapons against Ukraine, - Stoltenberg
NATO currently does not see Russia’s preparations for the use of nuclear weapons, but has clearly proven to the Russian leadership that any use of them in the war against Ukraine will have serious consequences for Russia itself. This was announced by Jens Stoltenberg, Secretary General of the Alliance, Censor.NET reports with reference to Ukrinform. "We have seen speculation about the possibility of using (tactical) nuclear weapons in Ukraine. We have made it very clear to Russia that this will have dire consequences for itself. Russia knows that a nuclear war cannot be won, so it should never be launched. "We are closely monitoring Russian nuclear forces and have not yet seen any changes in Russia's nuclear positions. But we remain vigilant. We will continue monitoring because nuclear threats, nuclear rhetoric are dangerous and insane," he stressed. "We have certainly heard nuclear threats from Moscow. All of this creates the most serious escalation since February.... NATO is a defensive alliance, its mission is to prevent conflict, to prevent war. At the same time, we are strengthening our deterrents, which sends a very clear message to Russia: We are here to protect and defend all allies...Today is the scheduled meeting of NATO's Nuclear Planning Group, which is to ensure that NATO's deterrent remains protected, safe and effective," Stoltenberg added. Supply of air defense for Ukraine will be priority, - Stoltenberg
At the meeting of defense ministers of NATO countries and the Ramstein coalition, the main topic will be the supply of air defense systems to Ukraine. This was stated by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, Censor.NET informs with reference to LIGA.net. "We will discuss how to dramatically increase support for Ukraine. The top priority will be (supply. - Ed.) more air defense systems for Ukraine," Stoltenberg said. Currently, Russia's escalation is at its highest level since February 24, the Secretary-General noted. The Russian Federation declared illegal annexation, mobilization, launched chaotic massive missile attacks on Ukrainian cities, and makes nuclear threats. "We will meet with the Minister of Defense Oleksii Reznikov. The message from NATO allies will be as follows: we stand with Ukraine and support it, we are ready for a long-term path and will support it as long as it is needed," concluded the Secretary General of the Alliance. EU did not believe US warning about invasion of Russian Federation into Ukraine, - Borrell
The head of diplomacy of the European Union, Josep Borrell, recognized the flaws in the bloc’s security policy, saying that Brussels did not believe the warnings of the United States that Russia would attack Ukraine. This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the EP. "The war in Ukraine continues. We did not predict how effectively Ukraine would resist. And we did not believe that there would be a war. I must admit that when the Americans told us: "They (Russians. - Ed.) will attack," we were very they believed it reluctantly," he said. Borrell recalled that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken called him and said, "It's going to happen this weekend." "And in two days they started bombing Kyiv. But we did not believe that this would happen, and we did not foresee that Ukraine was ready to resist as fiercely and as successfully as it is doing. Of course, thanks to our military support, it would not have been possible without it, but the Ukrainians also made an effort," he said. Borrell also admitted that the EU also did not foresee that Putin could resort to mass mobilization and open nuclear threats. "I think all of you have read and re-read Putin's last speech when he announced the annexation. Every European citizen should read this speech - and you, in particular. You have to explain to the world what its attitude towards the West means and what are the real reasons for the war," said the head of EU diplomacy. Source: https://censor.net/en/n3373201 |

I find it somewhat intrigueing that Vladimer Putin, potentially the "antichrist" of Nostrodemus's prophetic quatrain would call the west & NATO "satanists"...the more so as he is reportedly micromanaging the the ground war against Ukraine; as Hitler, also foretold by NostroBBY, once did from his Polish 'Wolf's Lair' only to discover "the devil is in the details" at which he failed miserably. We cannot afford to assassinate this man, as with Ol' Adolf and the cancelled Operation Foxley to bump him off, Putin's incompetence is the best weapon NATO has on the ground!

While everyone is looking north and south, the Ukrainians may be opening a third front centrally
Russia again fired dozens of cruise missiles toward Ukrainian cities yesterday. Many of them were intercepted, but some places still hit important Ukrainian energy infrastructure. It seems that with winter approaching, Russia wants to put as many cities as possible without electricity, gas and running water. On the front lines, meanwhile, fighting continues unabated. In recent days, the Ukrainian army entered Luhansk province, which until recently was entirely in Russian hands, and liberated several villages there. The Russian mercenary army Wagner reportedly moved 1,000 men to reinforce the front line, as well as carry out small counterattacks in some places. While the Ukrainian military also continues to pressure the thousands of Russian soldiers trapped behind the Dnieper River in Kherson in the south, Russian military bloggers and Western analysts alike are noticing how quiet it is around the front line in Zaporizhzhia. Zaporizhzhia is one of four provinces that Russian President Vladimir Putin annexed in late September. Yet the Russian military controls only the southern half, which includes Europe's largest nuclear power plant. The provincial capital of the same name, in the north of the province, is still in Ukrainian hands. Lately, the city has been constantly targeted by Russian missiles. Attacks by Iranian suicide drones on apartment buildings and other civilian targets killed 17 civilians each Thursday and Saturday, and 12 again on Monday. Igor Girkin, a former Russian commander at the time of the 2014 Donbas war and today one of Russia's most prominent military analysts, predicted just last week a large-scale Ukrainian counteroffensive in the southern region. "Ukraine has massively assembled weapons and equipment there. We expect the main attack to take place here. If the enemy starts a powerful offensive there as in Kharkiv, it is very questionable whether our forces will be able to stop it." President Volodymyr Zelensky himself also cryptically alluded to a new offensive last week, but also asked for patience. "The day will come when we will also be able to talk about successes in the Zaporizhzhia region," echoed "Militarily, an offensive in Zaporizhzhia would certainly make sense," said military historian Tom Simoens (Royal Military School). "Luring Russian troops to Kherson by openly talking about a counteroffensive there, then striking in Kharkiv to draw even more troops away from the center, and then striking in that weakened spot in the middle: it's a simple, but in theory smart battle plan. Essential is that the Russians 'happen': do they really send troops away from Zaporizhzhia?" With a counteroffensive in Zaporizhzhia, the Ukrainians could aim for the cities of Melitopol or Mariupol. Ukraine would thus drive a wedge through the occupied territory, further isolating the Russians in Kherson. But for that tactic to succeed, the army would have to be able to advance quickly as far as the Sea of Azov, Simoens adds. "From the current front, that's about 100 kilometers, and that seems particularly ambitious to me. Moreover, that corridor should be wide enough to protect the flanks. If you know for sure that your opponent is close to collapse, that could be the final tick, but I don't think we are at that point at the moment. Moreover, the timing now seems just too late, with the mud season and subsequent winter getting a little closer every day. On the other hand, the Ukrainians have surprised us before." Another unknown but crucial factor is how many troops and equipment Ukraine has available to open an additional front. "Russia is losing a lot of troops and equipment, but that is also the case on the Ukrainian side. Only we hear much less about that. To push so far so quickly, Ukraine should have modern, Western tanks." For now, both the United States and Germany refuse to supply such tanks, such as the Leopard 2. Possibly, the blowing up of the Crimean bridge also played a role in preparing a new offensive. "If you plan such an attack, it would at least be an important move in the military chess game," Simoens said. It remains to be seen how bad the damage to the rail line across the bridge is, "but it is at least temporarily a major logistical drain." The other rail line that supplies troops in Kherson is already barely usable in practice because it is so close to the front, and regularly under fire from Ukrainian artillery. That makes the M14 highway along the coast one of the main supply routes from east to west, right through Zaporizhzhia. "But the Russian military-logistical system is not geared to that," Simoens said. "That is completely focused on railroads. So without a Crimean bridge, supplying the Russians throughout southern Ukraine will be a huge challenge." https://www.demorgen.be/nieuws/terwi...raal~b475fcc4/ |

In war against Ukraine, Russia spent significant part of its high-precision guided munitions - Reuters
Russia used up a significant amount of its precision munitions during the invasion of Ukraine. As reports Censor.NЕТ with reference to Reuters, this was stated by a high-ranking NATO official. According to him, Russian industry cannot produce all types of ammunition and weapon systems due to Western sanctions. The official also said that he did not know how long it would take for Russia to mobilize 300,000 military personnel within the limits of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation. "This may last several months," the NATO representative added. Source: https://censor.net/en/n3373345 |

On the day Crimea bridge was damaged, Russia rushed to open 1 road lane and made a big propaganda show of claiming the bridge was open. They even lit it up with lights. But since then, images like this one from today, show road bridge is closed hence giant cues to use ferry. The burnt rail section by fuel train looks cleared, but repair work ongoing and the two rail lines don't look open.
![]() According to Russian-appointed head of Crimea, waiting at the ferry crossing in Crimea takes about 3-4 days. And there are about 900 trucks in line at the moment. https://twitter.com/bayraktar_1love/...30919306502151 |

Some thoughts about the possibility on a third offensive mentioned in Dargos comment.
What I know is when you send 3-4 division ahead in an offensive-You must have 1-2 at the rear to protect their retreat if that is needed. Does Ukrainian have enough of men/division to go on a third offensive ? Markus

Ukraine is asking West for more MLRS, artillery and air defense equipment, - CNN
According to CNN, Ukraine wants to receive more missile systems, artillery and air defense systems from Western partners. The wish list was included in a handout for members of the Ramstein Coalition. As Censor.NET informs about this with reference to the LIGA. According to CNN journalists, Ukraine is asking for additional systems and projectiles of NATO standards in the section "SALW". In the "artillery" section, it is stated that the Armed Forces need more howitzers, self-propelled howitzers, non-standard towed howitzers, and more additional ammunition of 155-mm, 152-mm and 122-mm caliber. Another priority is air defense: Ukraine is asking for missiles for the Soviet Buk and S-300 systems. It is also about the need to transition to multi-level Western air defense systems and the supply of additional Western and Soviet short-range systems. Other priorities include radars, coastal defense equipment, tanks and electronic warfare equipment. Source: https://censor.net/en/n3373334 |
