If after Iowa European governments still do not in all seriousness ready themselves for a second term by Trump from next year on, then nothing will ever wake them up anymore.

Personally, I link just one hope with a second term by him: that he indeed cancels the existing structures within NATO as far as he can as POTUS (I understand that his power to do so is not without obstructions from Congress or Senate), so that European states will be forced to either throw themselves down before Russia - or start to very heavily invest into their defence capabilities, and ASAP. The socialist kindergarden party with its endless throwing money out of the window and hysterical Green Deal self-mutilation must be brought to an end.

And no, i have not turned into a Trump fan. But then i am also not a fan of the outlook that Biden prevails. As I see it, the upcoming choice Americans have to make is a total and complete mess and will destroy the political culture and system in the US even further. The biggest winner of it will be even further increasing polarization and a widening of the trenches.

Best would be if both old men would be struck down by lightning. And major parts of their entourage with them.

You don't treat an ongoing headache with painkiller, no you examine the patient to why s/he has it and/or what cause it.

The same goes for the ongoing election in USA
People is attacking Trump and the people who placed their vote on him
No one have asked the question why did a majority put they vote on him and/or what made people wanna choose him again.

Europe will not cease to exist and what trump achieved last time had no effect on Europe he is only in for 4 years can only do what he's done last time by decree will not get laws passed by the house, so all his decrees will be gone with the next president. If the seats in congress or house are not in favour to a president, his policy only last his period of his time in office.
