Dear mates: I have a question about LSH3: Is there some fix for Widescreen UI? I use WS MaGUI 3.4 in GWX (my monitor is 1360x768 resolution); in LSH3 some of the UI screens are not so well positioned, with difficult reading.
Many thanks and best regards. Fitzcarraldo

as far as I remember there was a "fix" for LSH3 V5.1 with/for MaGui. After the Release of LSH3V6 there will also be a WS-GUI available for LSH3 V5.1! Regards Blueduck |

are you talking about "SH3 Warship Mods" made by Chinese U-47? As he writes in his first post of his release-thread, this mod is made for SH3. LSH3V5.1 is a supermod like GWX, NYGM, WAC and others... Regards Blueduck |

Now that my new computer has more rpms I decided to give LSH a try.
My question is how h.sie's realism fixes and Stiebler's addon patch work with this supermod?

very good idea to give it a try. Hope you will enjoy it! I use h.sie v16B1 with LSH3v5.1 although I do not use all options and it works fine! Concerning Stieblers Add-on, i have to tell, that I do not use it. There are some tremendous ideas within the Add-on, but in my opinion, the implementation or the measurable effects lack some usability. Besides this LSH3V6 will already be prepared for h.sie v16B1 concerning Wolfpack e.g. Regards Blueduck |

Tearing Sea???
hello all,
After a few years away from SH 3, I learned of this mod and had to give it another go.... Install seemed to go ok and on load up in the Command Room I thought...WOW! Then I went on deck, my sea sucks! There's a black line runs off to the horizon at approx. 45 degrees from port side which moves around as I view and the wave textures seem hit and miss...inconsistent at best. Every other aspect seems great but does this sound like graphic tearing? or something else? I've tried all sorts of searches and tried various different settings adjustments in nvidia settings and the 'Inspector' downloaded app. But am not getting anywhere. The tearing isn't evident in stock SH3 sea I'm running a laptop with:- Intel i5-3210M GeForce GT 640M 2 GB 8 GB memory Windows 7 I get a reading of 6.9 in Windows performance raating for gaming graphics. Please tell me I can run this mod!!! And then tell me how! And yes, it is switching to the graphics card via Optimus....I have downloaded all/installed all such as 4GB upgrade, DX9 etc Thanks in advance Bachmann |
