I had to keep moving the bedspread over his nether region to stop him playing with himself whilst he was asleep :rotfl:

Carrier at Pearl Harbor Naval Base, Hawaii Plenty of history, submarine memorial and well you know for the full flavor of what sub sailors went through on the beach in between patrols in WWII,bars, food, girls on the beach, sunsets ... it would be a great retreat and a great place to meet.

Myself, I'm actually wondering if we can have a meet somewhere on the US East Coast or Midwest for 2010. I mean, there's just so many boats and other historical ships to choose from here, a meeting somewhere in this region could probably land us on several different ones even just in the course of one weekend. Say, Boston with a day visit to Groton would be pretty darn fantastic...

Could be a 'spring' meet, in between this year's Houston & next year's in Denmark. Too bad Sonalysts aren't active in the game business anymore, otherwise we could twist their arms to sponsor a meet. |

And yes, Boston I thought would be great - we have Massachusetts and Lionfish, and Nautilus of course; Albacore is I believe within reach too. I wonder if K-77 is ever going to recover from the sinking, she's rather close as well... An interim spring meet would be great. I'd be glad to help with organizing, but I'm local to neither Chicago nor Boston (in fact I've never been in the US yet at all... ) |

There is a whole slue of boats to visit up and down the east coast of the US. Norfolk is loaded with them. Baltimore has 4 boats to visit. I might be able to have everyone bunk on the Torsk or Lighthouse Chesapeake. Something I can look into if anyone is interested in Baltimore as a meeting spot. It would be a shorter trip for Jimbuna However, we will put you to work on the Torsk for a Saturday!
