Even my work is destroyed.
See here:

For how long I can stay loyal to Subsim under these circumstances remains open.
You forgot to mention, as I told you, I have been having server issues with the php process and it is because you have been merging, editing and moving a lot of threads daily, every day for months. Remember I sent you a PM a few days ago with a screenshot of the moderator log and it listed all the threads you were moderating, including this particular thread? Do you recall me asking you to cut back on the excessive use of the moderation tools? See, that's the part you left out of your post. No one is torpedoing you, Blitz.

And today I have spent several hours trying to recover this thread that seems to have been corrupted. Unfortunately, the db is nearly 7GB, so it is not easy at all getting a backup uploaded. This is one of the procedures I have been trying to use, but still no luck.

I see the level of dubious medical practice is not just limited to the US. As I age, the need for accurate, reliable medical care has become an important issue. The last doctor's appointment I had at the clinic was about the same as your experiences. The fortunate thing about my last visit was there was a visiting attending MD who is a specialist in the area of medicine most affect my condition(s) and he heard about my situation from a young MD who had examined me; the attending came in to see me and, after reviewing my case, said "I believe you may be suffering from chronic or persistent pancreatitis". My response was to show him the various documents I had gathered to indicate the same diagnosis. He order a new set of more focused tests and I will find out the results on the coming Monday. Hopefully, now I'll get treatment to actually ameliorate my problems. Getting old isn't much fun, it is even less so when you've got to do the medical legwork yourself...

I hope the both of you have good outcomes with your conditions...

Hope it all works out good for you.

My condition was minor that of post nasal drip causing loud clicking sound when breathing out. It came on last year and slowly got worst, hardly any sleep at night and becoming cranky. The Doctor believed it to be sleep disorder and was going to send me to a sleep disorder clinic for research!

After doing a spot of research on the Internet I found other people had the same or similar situation. Saw the Doctors again and this time he gave me a nasal spray which has reduced the clicking sound alot and able to to sleep better now.

OK minor but what if it was major? Makes you wonder.

I would express myself like this to let others take care of the handling of the job that really can in SubSim so, there will be nothing like that any more.

I have had a similar condition off and on for some months now, mainly at night, like your situation. The sound varies from clicks to a sort of whistle. What did the MD say was your cause? Like you said, it mat be something to be looked into and brought up at the next exam...

Sometimes, the whole situation with seeking medical care reminds me of a famous tombstone inscription in a graveyard in the Western US:

"I told you I was sick"

He sat there listening to what I found in my research and then went on to recommend a nasal spray and see him in a couple of months. Went back told him there was a improvement and he gave me another nasal spray subscription and will be seeing him again later this month or next month. Strange that he tried it my way, not the normal course of action.

My systems were laying on my left or right side in bed and within 10 minutes the clicking came on. Not a back sleeper due too my left leg has some sort of twitch, no issue on my sides.

Well its better but when I don't take it within a couple of nights the clicking comes back. Will have to talk to the docs about that and what course of action next.

I'm going in to the doctor's on Monday; I'll bring it up with him and let you all know what, if anything, they have to say...

Today the weather is good for a ride with a car in Sweden just as it should be when it's at its best.
