SH5 players, Introduce yourself: roll call I

Long time SH player, not really been active here, but decided to change that, found out that the steam version of the game is a pain due to a few problems with modding, so just ordered SH5 again, and got an offer for SH 3 and 4 on top of that I could not refuse, so pretty big chance you guys are gonna see a lot to me..

37 year old dane, always been a sim freak, more than 3000 hours plus in FSX, photographer, and graphic artist, freelance only these days, since I got a back injury, so can't really work fulltime anymore

I'm a newbi to SH5 in Australia. Have used SH3 and SH 4 previously and am looking forward to getting back into the Subsim games. Have also palyed Dangerous Waters.

Hi everybody,

I'm Paul from Brisbane Australia and I'm 61 years young. I had bought SH5 back last year and tried to play it initially, but discovered clitches so gave it away. Well I figured it may have improved since then,so here I am giving it another go.

I started with Silent Service and have bought and played all the Silent Hunter series to date.

I am a retired lawyer and spend a lot of my time now playing golf, travelling and doting on my new grand-daughter Josie

Greetings all

Been here about 2 weeks now and thought id say hi and thank you to the massive friendly help ive had so far.

My names dave im 30 yo and live in pontefract west yorks in the uk, been a massive fan of gaming all my life played sh3 constantly but didnt rate 4 just got 5 and loving it despite some teething problems , which people here have helped me with hugely.

I weight train 6 days a week for 2 hours a time and im married with 4 kids other games i play are settlers football manager and world of warcraft but im on a 4 month break from wow since i got so bored of it .

so just saying thanks for the help so far no doubt il be bugging people with nooby questions again soon, and massive ty to the modders who have made my game so enjoyable.
