Well I watch CSI and the blood splatter is all wrong!
There's puddles on the high deck and high velocity splatter on the lower deck.
But there should also be high velocity splatter on the high deck also,
near the edges, judgeing from the placement of the puddles.

Plus there's no blood on the wooden seats or rails!

This is a crime for jimbuna to look into!
