That would be the Dutch submarine, the 0-19 when she run aground on Ladd’s Reef in the South China Sea during early July 1945.

^ Just slightly OT I met a guy at work about a week ago who served on the U.S.S Cod (SS 224) which rescued the crew of the O-19 on the 9th and 10th of July in the only international submarine to submarine rescue in history.
