The upgrade is planned to be a Patch or a new GWX pack ??

It´s because i didn´t downloaded GWX 2.0 yet and i want to know if is better wait to the release or start the download of the actual version...:hmm:

GWX 2.1 will have to be installed on top of 2.0, as 2.1 is an update only.

Testing is being done on a new fresh 1.4 install patched to GWX 2.0 then with the new 2.1 added

Only problem is we have to reinstall SH3 for GWX again? Are you sure the current installation is valid enough?

Thats the way we always test
On a clean install
Less chance of any contamination from mods and all playing on a level field

Not everyone uses JSGME and make some changes to their install then promtly forget about it
Me included

If your install has only been used for JSGME modding it SHOULD be fine

Just dont quote me on that :rotfl:

So 2.1 is going to be a patch of the 2.0 and not a 2.1 full install? Or is it just a patch now as you are testing and the plan will be to make a full install of 2.1 prior to the release?

GWX2.0 is a full instal......GWX2.1 is an update to GWX2.0

The installer will be sure it's valid.

Didn't disable mods installed with JSGME?

Missing critical 2.0 files?

Not useing SH3 Commander 3 with auto Roll back or forgot to Roll back?
