We used to have SH2/ DC games on the boat underway. I used to make mods for the C&C series while underway. Couldn't do that the way things are going now.

Jimbuna is absolutely right. But not just in the Western Hemisphere. If you want Internet in MANY places outside major cities, Satellite is your best if not only option...Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Pacific Rim, etc. Anyone who has had satellite internet knows how spotty it is.

Why do some people talk about this like EVERYONE has access to a high-speed DSL or cable option?

(I think many of my fellow Americans need to get their passport stamped and go see some of the world outside their hometown. BTW, leave your CDMA phones at home while your at it!)
