A all the way. All you have to do now is to put the beta on the way!

alrighty, A it is.

would you guys be comfortable with a textureless beta? (I mean the tower has a texture, but the hull is being awfully elusive)
I would really like to get this out!

As you wish! But I do hope you'll make a badass skin for this sub, she deserves it! Thanks for your amazing work!

Thanks a lot! Will test it right away. And yeah, about keltos, he's gone for a week right? Anyway, if you can create a skin as beautifull as I've seen around here, she'll be perfect. BTW, I'm not hesitating one bit to recommend the GUPPY to any newcomers. Again, congrats for realizing your long put-aside-project.

Just finished trying it. First of all, what a beauty! Second, it does'nt move at all! I tried starting a career with it but it starts without any crew so you have to had them manually. Even if you put all your mens in the propulsion room, it cannot comply. I found that very frustrating as I wanted to see how fast she goes. Otherwise, I can't wait for her to be complete, skinned and ready for career. Fantastic work and awesome details at realism. Well done!

if you have a playable ship mod, take the crewmembers.upc and put it into a folder called UPCCrewData in UPCData

so it would look like

Data/UPCData/UPCCrewData.
I used RFB files to make the guppy, so thats probably the problem

Well, I installed it in RFB and in stock. Both ways no crew is available. The boat is not selectable in campaign mode. When I select it in mission mode it has no crew at all. Tried the above fix and found that the files were fine.

Made the change to the mod files and reinstalled. No joy. Nice looking ghost sub but no action.

In order to be a viable mod you should install it with JSGME, run the game and go to town. Any user necessary tweaking just kills the whole concept of what a mod is.

RR- thats really weird, those files are based on RFB 1.52 and should have no problem working at all.

Sure seems weird. I tried it in two completely separate installations just to make sure. I'll just wait for someone else to have something like this happen. Has to be an easy fix that I'm missing.

Worked fine for me. Although i did notice that your GUPPY is UnitParts10 and so is the gato, but both have their CTs. Why couldn't mine just work like that?

Sure is a weird thing. The sub model is completed though, hard work's done. You'll just have to set the files right.
