Just one question:

If it is moded as an auxiliary cruiser, is it supposed to have so many liferafts as probably she wouldn't carry passengers? Or maybe these ships where used as troop transports as well ??

Interesting question; answer with wikipedia ^_^

During the period June-August 1941 Laconia returned to St. John, New Brunswick and was refitted, then returned to Liverpool to be used as a troop transport for the rest of the war. On September 12, 1941, she arrived at Bidston Dock, Birkenhead and was taken over by Cammell Laird and Company to be converted. By early 1942 the work was complete, and for the next six months she made trooping voyages to the Middle East. On one such voyage the ship was used to carry POWs, mainly Italian. She traveled to Cape Town and then set a course for Freetown, following a zigzag course and undertaking evasive steering during the night.

Captain Sharp ordered the ship abandoned and the women, children and injured taken into the lifeboats first. Some of the 32 lifeboats had been destroyed by the explosions and some surviving Italian prisoners tried to rush those that remained.

So yes, she tranport troops, pows and civilian (with woman and children).

I read she was converted in 1941; i've added weapons from 39, maybe i must change this, for used big guns °_°

Ok, some test results, the only 2 things I could find were the props:

And the reflections seem too bright, they are whiter than the actual ship:

Other than that the Ship looks great, even when sinking
Looking good VonDos.

Props bug is related to node coordinates; easy to solve; this is a mine forgotten thing.
Reflection error is really strange, what can be? Textures are the same for bot original and reflected ship. There is something that i don't know:hmm: :hmm:

There may be a misplacement of some of the reflection objects.
Send a link by PM and I can look at it.
I can also check the Zones at the same time.

Ive been waiting for this ship more than any other so far. Got any room for a beta tester to make sure it will work With Thompsens envionment mod.

Prop problem sloved.
Is the anyone who could knock up a short misson with the ship in so i can test sinking her. I would do it myself but have not got a clue how to do it.

VonDos,

Adjust the X and Y position of reflect_NAXC to 0
then set the minvisdim and maxvisdim to .02 and .2

Reflections fixed!

Just tested it in Museam, Worked Flawlessly.

Havent done a test on sinking it.
