Heh, I've read the report in the paper back then, and since then, the allegations that dealers and speculators are driving up the price were proven, just need to find a link to the actual report of the research that was undertaken to prove it.

Damn, can't find it, should've kept the newspaper I've read that in as reference to search in the right places.
