Jim has no porpoise in showing those pics, but he has a whale of a good time doing so.

ok Privateer, is this 'channel egg' on sea floor or is it suspended in the water? can I hear it or detect it? The location of this item, is the position signifgant in general history, signifigant to WWII, or signifigant to the Ubootswaffe? or perhaps random?
Ports are so dangerous you know, and we are advised against saving game within or around ports because of crashing issues. The channel is perilous, but certain parts of the channel are definitely safer than others. i suppose what im trying to ask is, if i knew exactly where this thing was, and i was mindful of all the patrol craft, would i still be gambling my boat and crew getting to it? sneaking around is relatively easy. combing the shores and seafloor is different.
would night and day matter in whether i saw it? silly question i suppose. Switching back to the pretty meditteranian water, as it seems to provide more visibility. Somehow i get the feeling a type II may be best suited for looking for this one. With the hints youve given, i assume that im not looking for something like a pawprint texture, but an object. Imagine all the money i could make just looking for spare change. trying to be optimistic.

I thought folks already found that one. Has this one not been posted already in a different thread? I thought someone found that yEARS ago. Im not understanding the Harrison Ford connection. I kind of figured I was looking for a type of slug, with a lot of money and power. Those Maunsell Forts look more like huts.

Not sure what exactly has been found over the years but there is something in the Thames Estuary if you visit at the right time.

I wish I knew then what I know now!
I'd have animated it and had a sound track in the SDL for it.

Once a year or like in happy times? daylight savings? blue moon? Yom Kippur? Black Friday? 8 PM central/Pacific? Only when the Peanuts cartoons come on, or that small period when Van Halen kind of sucked but noone wanted to admit it?
