Good news indeed. The list of provided fixes looks pretty good. As long as the game plays properly and can be modded to individual tastes everything will be fine.

Ubi- We're really not that demanding. Give us a subsim that replicates the experience as nearly as possible. Give us an intelligent and crafty opponent. Give us the tools and resources that would have been available at the time, and we will happily pay you for your trouble and go merrily on our way.

I have been a customer for many years. I purchased Silent Hunter for my first computer and played it long past when operating systems would support it. I really had no interest in the Atlantic Campaign, but purchased SH2 and SH3 in hopes that you would someday return to the Pacific. Thanks

Thanks for the info Dan.

Not a bug but I would like the option added to "Abandon Ship" to save my guys at shallow depths so they don't die of CO2 poisoning at 28'.

Thanks Terripin On top of things as usual. This good news will maybe get us all back on track and lessen the tension i've felt around here.

The only sad note is are all the great mods are modders worked so hard on for our enjoyment going to have to be redone to work with new patch? Hope not.

Well I have a patrol to go on with a HAPPY crew. :p

Yes a really happy crew.:p :p :p

sorry just have to mention that Toyota are not the biggest manufacturer in the world. As an employee of GM I can tell you that GM are, followed by Ford, followed by Toyota.

Nice. The power of this community eh? I don't think there would have been any further patching if there wasn't a subsim.com and if Neal didn't do what he did to get the ball rolling.

I am still pretty angry at UBI (not the devs, it is not their fault.) but at least they changed their minds on this one. Good luck on a 1.4 though!

PS: I hate Toyotas.

Here I come back from a few days of travel, and this is the news that await.

Great stuff

And I'm in no hurry. Let them take their time and do it right
