No harm done. But in all seriousness, It's not a race thing. We (the US) voted and chose to speak English (over German). But I would expect if you immigrate here, you would adopt our language. I have experienced the "ugly American" first hand, and it's embarressing. Unless you're a tourist, please speak english. There is no hate or malice behind this, but the USA is a melting pot and English is our language.

And I feel fairly safe saying that I think most of us up here Understand
what an Issue Language can become in a country, yeah we understand
that for sure.

A similar question has been asked concerning my country Australia and New Zealand. Could you imagine a combined All Black Wallabies side? :hmm: The northern hemisphere rugby nations would cry foul.

Okay, I've changed my mind, we should join! Just think of the Civil War we could have when we spilt!

It has been a while since anything exciting here in North American. Plus I've already got uniforms and an artillery oficer rank. Maybe you guys could boot Quebec, it's all good. Just think of all of the computer games that would come out of it.

A Confederate Maple Leaf???? With all that French blood (genes), they would just surrender(Quebec). California and Oregon could split and form their own Eco-socalist State. Texas could be an independant country again.

Just think:hmm: , we could have our own "Balkans-style" civil war over here.

I shudder when I see threads where people start dissing the other guy's country. Hey, we all like our country and think it's great. No one is going to "prove" his country is better.
