thanks for the "lame comment", and the "lack of original thought".
i draw from that that i am not the oly one thinking this way.
good.

if my critical POV is lame, and lacks originality, does that mean that "believers" are even less critical and even less original than i am?

*head scratchin'*

As this thread has already proven, the answer is plainly "no".

What a perfect case in point. And you gave it all by yourself without me having to even lift my finger.

See now, here's the deal. Blurting

Is not much different from the OP starting a thread and blurting:

Christ is risen!
The OP got ridiculed for his post by several people, myself included. But he came back, gave well thought out replies to those disagreeing with him and in the end turned what seemed to be an utter train wreck of a thread into a thread where people are wishing each other happy Easter and having a good feeling.

I'll admit straight out that I couldn't do that and I haven't likely ever seen anyone else manage a feat like that either. He gained the respect of both ”sides”, if you will, by doing that. Mine included.

You'll go ahead and do that with your "critical POV", if you can.

How true this is ... I don't remember anyone ever being this open and honest in here.

I admit I couldn't do that either
