Here's one mainly for the Brits.
OK, for the last two nights at home I've had issues with t'interweb connectivity. Last night I could see the router, but no web, tonight I can see no router, then I can but no web, then I can't... repeat ad nauseum!
On one of the occasions I could see both the router and the web  so I downloaded BT's Broadband Desktop Help (BT being my ISP), commonly used for finding/fixing help with broadband issues... Is it just me

Sounds like my company. In order to open up a ticket for IT support you have to send them an E-mail.
