If I want to use Dynamic Environment mod, can I enable it after Magnum Opus? Are the two mods compatible? When enabling it in JSGME, I see that Dynamic Environment attempts to change some files that have already been modified by MO.

Yes you can enable it after MO.
Don't worry about the Dynamic Environment changing files. Just press '' Yes'

I want to add the Manos patch for my resolution 8X5, but I'm not sure where to put it in this mod loadout. I assume I should put it after NewUIs_TDC. Also, do you see anything wrong with this list?

Looks good to me. You can place Manos patch at end. Just has to be after TDW_UIs.


Make sure you only have one Equipment upgrade. In your post you have two of them listed
