What is feast of the shelter

Hint: it's not international but it is multinational. It has no seat, no council, no revenue, no loss and still thousands of people see this symbol every day in summer and a lot less in winter.

Not really - I do know of an aircraft or two with it on but it's not something you'd normally find on one.
