The mobs seem to be much more aggressive after the patch. I got my roof swarming with creepers and spiders... need to download the bridge block mod and build a floodgate so I can sweep the roof with water before I go out of the door.

Nice idea, I used it to crush them and to seal mines.

I agree they are a little more up in my face.

According to the MC crafting guide you can make chainmail armor. Although you need to cheat and give yourself fire blocks in your inventory.

Edit: And Since I'm not touching SP until i finish leveling this god-damn-mountain can someone explain to me what happens when you fish?

I finally got my hands on some TNT (at last

) and into the Hell world.
I put the TNT at the back wall and set it off. Then I jumped back three times, first time landed safe, second time landed on the same level, third time jumped backwards right over the edge, flew maybe 20-30 blocks down and fell in a lake made out of lava and died within seconds.

I was expecting rolling hills that the normal world has, but hell no rolling hills they just end.

I was tricked

Son of a... I went to get out my axe and pulled out the firestarter and set a tree on fire and it got out of control...

Wow...the explosion even knocked a chunk out of the mountain you were standing on. Well, IIRC it was about 3093 TNT, basically the tower that was visible was half of it, it was five stacks of TNT from the bottom of the map right up to the top.

What can I say...must have been those years of watching Fred Dibnah programs
