But I was right on the money about Brett "throw it up for grabs on the last play of a big game" Favre.

Now, the endless tabloid news about his retirement/coming out of retirement. Favre brings the pro wrestling element to the NFL.
Farve needs to let it go and make commercials selling jeans. I think the Colt got this one all the way.

I've been deliberately avoiding posting in this thread for fear of somehow jinxing the team. But now I have to.

THE SAINTS ARE GOING TO THE SUPER BOWL!!!!!

Don't care, cause at least they're in it!

Now when they go back next year I'll be expecting them to win then.

If he had acted like Roger Clemmons did to the Red Sox then i'd understand for sure but did Farve get tired of Green Bay or did Green Bay get tired of him?

Should be a good game but watching Manning and his crew pick it up when they were behind yesterday was astonishing. It was like no one else was on the field but the Colts. The Colts just threw and threw until it was in the end zone. Manning runs a great offensive squad.

This was mostly about him sticking it to GM Ted Thompson, really.

Personally I think it was more of an ego-trip than anything.

Ted Perry from Milwaukee's local Fox affiliate newscast did a PHENOMENAL piece on Favre last night, on his opinion segment. Watch "No Ordinary Citizen" here:

I'll have to watch it when I get home. This work machine doesn't run videos very well.

You know, the Colts are my favorite team in the AFC. That being said, I would love to see the Saints come out on top.

Here's to a good game, and being happy no matter who wins.

My wife's doing 5lbs of hot wings for me with Jalapeno poppers.

Go Saints and I'm giving 2 points
